This Empire Crystal Chandelier has an exquisitely decorated solid brass rim with urns and scrolls. The hand bent crown is a graceful cascade of crystals.
This drop bottom model is available in brass (left) and ebony (right).
It is also available with a basket bottom in ebony model 422.
